Rick Slaght, is also the Assistant Golf Professional at Warwick Hills Golf & country club. Rick previously worked at Walnut Hills Country Club in East Lansing from 1997 to 2004. Working at Walnut Hills he was able to study the teaching methods of Teaching Professionals trained by two of the top golf instructors in the world, David Leadbetter and Jim McLean. Rick then was fortunate enough to go down to Bradenton, Florida and worked at the David Leadbetter Junior Golf Academy for the 2002-2003-winter season. While in Florida Rick was able to gain extensive knowledge about the golf swing and proper teaching methods and brings this to Genesys Athletic Club.
