At Genesys Athletic Club we are dedicated to providing a rich and rewarding experience to members and guest, requiring a high degree of teamwork and customer service skills in all positions.
Service Desk- Responsibilities include: greeting, serving and anticipating members needs. Must become knowledgeable about every area of the club, a high degree of multi-tasking
required.
Fitness Staff- Responsibilities include: ensuring a clean club environment and that all
equipment is in working order. Assists new members on proper use of the strength and cardio equipment and fitness floor protocol.
Locker Room- Responsibilities include: providing a clean locker room well stocked with towels and supplies. Works with opposite LR personnel processing dirty towels.
Kids corner- Responsibilities include: providing a clean, safe and friendly environment for members and guests children ages eight weeks to twelve years old.
Membership- Responsibilities include: being able to perform all of Service Desk duties, as well as sell to prospective members and service current members. This position requires a strong sense of self-motivation and excellent people skills.
Lifeguards- Responsibilities include: providing a safe, clean and friendly environment for members and guests. Current Red Cross Lifeguard and Professional CPR certificate ions required. High degree of responsibility. Variety of shifts available.
Swim Instructors– Responsibilities include: Ability to demonstrate and teach lesson plan skills for basic swimming. Training is available for upper level swim guidelines of teaching.
Swim Coaches– Responsibilities include: Working knowledge of the4 competitive strokes. Ability to demonstrate as needed.
