Leslie started teaching group fitness in 1992. She is certified through AFAA, Johnny G for cycling, and is also certified in Water Personal Training, YogaFit, and Pilates.
Leslie is an avid triathlete and does numerous biking and running races. She competed in her first marathon this past April. Her goal is to be a trainer for future triathletes and help them with their training and nutrition goals. She currently serves as a CrimFit coach.
Leslie is the Water Fitness Coordinator here at Genesys and has been instrumental in bringing water personal training to our club. Leslie says that "she enjoys her gym experience and wants to teach others to love working out." If you've been to any of her classes, you'll be sure to remember it!!
