Renew is a twelve week weightloss/wellness/fitness program designed just for women. Upon joining you will receive your own wellness coach who will personalize the program to your needs.
Renew offers support through daily fitness classes, regular wellness presentations, accountability, healthy snack samples, online/ local health resources and much, much more.

*Field trip
Renew runs quarterly, sessions starting in the months of January, April, July, and October. Pre-registration is highly recommended as space is limited.
*Field trips usually consist of visiting a local restaurant to discuss eating healthy while eating out. Depending on the season we may also visit an orchard, health food store, farmers market etc.. We allow the group to vote on desired field trips.
